- User Consent: By filling out our contact or support forms and manually checking the SMS consent box, you provide your explicit consent to receive recurring conversational and transactional text messages from Projob at the mobile number provided.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction and support needs.
- Pricing: ProJob does not charge for sending or receiving text messages. However, standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
- How to Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” in reply to any message we send you. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To re-enroll, simply reply “START”.
- How to Get Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing info@projob.com or calling (470) 462-4104.
