Payroll Guidelines

Our payroll week runs from the start of the day shift on Monday through the end of the night shift on the following Sunday. Payday occurs every Friday via direct deposit, for the pay period ending the preceding Sunday.

To ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Accurate Timecard Completion:
  Each employee is responsible for completing their timecard daily and reviewing it for accuracy at the end of each pay period.
• Timecard Submission:
  Submit your completed timecards via the portal no later than 12:00 PM on Monday. Timecards that are inaccurate or lack authorization will delay payroll processing.
• Recording Actual Hours:
  Be sure to record the Total Actual Hours worked for each shift on your timecard, including any breaks taken during the shift.
• Separate Timecards:
  A separate timecard is required for each client site where you work, and it must be completed and signed appropriately.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in delays in processing your paycheck.
