What type of work does BDI Staffing have?
Check out our current jobs page here. We work with various employers in throughout the Mid-Willamette Valley. We strive to provide the best job opportunities to our employees in both long-term temp to hire, and limited duration assignments.
When can I apply for work?
We accept applications in our office Monday-Thursday from 8-3:30 and Friday from 8-12pm. Applicants are encouraged to apply online here. We also provide a kiosk in our office for those in need of assistance in the application process, are unable to apply online, or do not have access to a computer.
What type of information is needed to complete a job application?
Contact information, Phone number, Email, and Work history. By providing work history/experience, it allows us to refine our search and match you with the best possible job opportunity.
Once I start working, when do I get paid?
Paydays are Every Other Friday (Bi-weekly). Our pay period is Monday-Sunday, and time sheets are due by 12pm on the Monday following the end of the period. Payday is the Friday following. You will be provided a Pay Period/Pay Day.
Do you hire people with Backgrounds?
Yes, each applicant is evaluated on a case by case basis. We want to make sure that each employee is given the best possible chance for success.
